Customers and partners are invited into the portal and get self-service access to submit cargo requests, follow shipment progress, access documents and see transport status — all tailored to their role and organisation.
The portal also supports carrier dashboards for assignment handling and operational follow-up. Carriers can invite terminal operators into the portal — giving terminals advance visibility into upcoming activity, expected arrivals and cargo details with ongoing status updates and document exchange. Shippers and terminals can connect to multiple carriers, each with their own workspace — so a terminal working with three different carriers sees each carrier's activity in a separate context, without data mixing between them.
