Arkiway Connect
Branded logistics portal — carriers and operators give their customers and partners self-service access to cargo requests, shipment tracking and transport collaboration, powered by the Arkiway platform.
Your own branded customer portal
Arkiway Connect lets a carrier, operator or logistics company run its own branded portal on a dedicated subdomain. Customers and partners are invited into the portal and get self-service access to submit cargo requests, follow shipment progress, access documents and see transport status — all tailored to their role and organisation.
The portal also supports carrier dashboards for assignment handling and operational follow-up. Carriers can invite terminal operators into the portal — giving terminals advance visibility into upcoming activity, expected arrivals and cargo details with ongoing status updates and document exchange. Administrative tools handle organisations, users and branding — built to integrate with Arkiway platform services including TMS, AISCore, HarborCosts and Trip Planner as they are activated.
Beyond the single-portal model, Arkiway Connect supports cross-tenant collaboration through tenant connections and carrier workspaces. Shippers and terminals can connect to multiple carriers, each with their own workspace — so a terminal working with three different carriers sees each carrier's activity in a separate context, without data mixing between them.
- Run a branded portal on your own subdomain with your company identity
- Let customers submit cargo requests and follow shipment status
- Give carriers a dashboard for assignments and transport follow-up

Key Capabilities
Everything your customers, carriers and terminal operators need — from cargo requests and shipment tracking to documents and live vessel monitoring.
Create, manage and monitor transport shipments with full lifecycle tracking — from booking confirmation through loading, departure, arrival and delivery.
Submit transport requests with origin, destination, cargo type, volume and special requirements. Requests flow into the carrier network or directly to Arkiway TMS.
Track vessels and shipments in real time with AISCore-powered position data, ETA predictions and route visualization on interactive maps.
Upload and manage shipping documents — bills of lading, proof of delivery, invoices and attachments — stored securely and linked to each shipment.
Carriers manage assignments, confirm transport operations and update delivery status through a dedicated dashboard with full operational context.
Carriers invite terminal operators into the portal, giving them visibility into upcoming transport activity, expected arrivals, cargo details and schedules — with ongoing status updates and document exchange directly through the platform.
Shippers, terminals and other partners can connect to multiple carriers through tenant connections — each carrier relationship gets its own workspace with separate activity, documents and communication, keeping data cleanly separated across carrier contexts.
Platform Integrations
Arkiway Connect is built to surface data from across the Arkiway platform — vessel positions, cost estimates, voyage data and shipment details become available in the portal as integrations are activated.
Shipments and schedules can flow from TMS to the portal, giving each tenant real-time visibility into their transport operations.
Transport proposals and route planning generated by Trip Planner are accessible through the portal interface.
Live vessel tracking, ETA predictions and voyage data power the portal’s real-time monitoring capabilities.
Port cost estimates and shipment cost breakdowns are surfaced directly in the portal for transparency.
Animated voyage playback and port call visualization embedded directly in shipment detail views.
Cargo requests submitted through the portal can be matched with carriers via the Kystlast matching capabilities.
Who Uses Arkiway Connect
Arkiway Connect serves multiple roles across the maritime logistics chain.
Follow requests, shipment activity and relevant documents through a self-service portal tailored to their organisation and access level.
Manage assignments, confirm transport operations and update delivery status — with a dedicated carrier dashboard and full operational context.
Invited into the portal by carriers to get advance visibility into upcoming transport activity, expected arrivals and cargo details — with real-time status updates and document exchange replacing email and phone.
Manage tenant setup, organisation onboarding, branding configuration, role assignments and platform-wide operations across all tenants.
Built for multi-organisation collaboration
Each portal runs as an isolated tenant with its own subdomain, branding and user base. Within a tenant, organisations — customers, carriers, terminal operators — are invited and see only the data and workflows relevant to their role.
Arkiway Connect also supports cross-tenant collaboration through tenant connections. A shipper or terminal can connect to multiple carriers, each represented as a separate carrier workspace. This means a terminal working with several carriers sees each carrier's transport activity, documents and communication in its own context — with clean data separation between carrier relationships.
- Each tenant gets a branded portal on its own subdomain
- Customers, carriers and terminals invited with role-based access
- Cross-tenant connections let partners work with multiple carriers
- Each carrier relationship gets its own workspace with separate data
- Platform data from TMS, AISCore, HarborCosts and Trip Planner available as integrations are activated
